1.Q:How long of the warranty period?
A:Whole machine 1year. In warranty period, We will send the part free to replace the one that is broken
2.Q:What's the Payment terms?
A:Our payment is T/T and L/C.40% is paid by T/T as deposit.60% is paid before shipment.
3.Q: Can I buy sample before order?How long it takes?
A: Yes, you can buy sample before order and sample charge will be deducted from your order. And it takes around 7~10 days to finish the sample in normal materials.
4.Q: Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
A: In addition to producing the items of our own design, production according to customer's samples or drawings are also accepted.
5.Q: What about the quality?
A:We have strict quality control system through all the production process, from the purchasing of raw material to every step of mass production.
